Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Once your return is approved, please securely package the item(s) and include the original packing slip or order confirmation email. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened or used items, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer service team at info@lyonschoice.com to request an exchange authorization.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts
